Antonio Banderas & Melanie Griffith's Divorce Is Almost Finalized

The end is near.

After first filing for divorce in June 2014 following 18 years of marriage, Antonio Banderas and Melanie Griffith have now signed documents to make their divorce official.

With the last step out of the way, the divorce will be finalized with a judge's signature, which is expected in the next few days.

The couple share one child together, daughter Stella, but custody wasn't a big problem as she turned 18 last September.

Griffith, 57, filed for divorce last year citing "irreconcilable differences." This will be Griffith's fourth divorce and Banderas' second. The Oscar-nominated actress was married to Miami Vice star Don Johnson twice (in 1976 for six months and again from 1989-1996) and to Steve Bauer (1982-1987). Griffith has two children from her previous marriages. She and Johnson are parents to 24-year-old Fifty Shades of Grey star Dakota Johnson, while she and Bauer have a son named Alexander.

As for Banderas, 54, he was married to actress Ana Leza from 1987-1996.

Photos taken following the split announcement show that Griffith removed her tattoo of Banderas' name that used to be inside of a heart on her right shoulder. For more stars with regrettable tattoos, check out the video below.
