John Stamos is looking healthy and happy again.

In his first tweet since entering rehab earlier this month for substance abuse, the 51-year-old Full House star shared a picture of himself working up a sweat while boxing on Friday.

"I'm back! Took a month to take care of things," he tweeted. "Healthy. Feeling grateful for the love & support of family & friends."

One of those close friends already showing him support is his Full House love interest, Lori Loughlin, who tweeted that she couldn't wait to see him back on set of Fuller House, the highly anticipated Netflix reboot of the beloved '90s sitcom.

"Welcome home @JohnStamos!!" Loughlin wrote on Friday. "Can't wait to see you Monday! #FullerHouse."

Prior to his stint in rehab, Stamos was arrested in Beverly Hills, California on June 12 on suspicion of DUI. The Beverly Hills Police Department reported that they stopped Stamos and transported him to a local hospital for further observation due to a "possible medical condition," after they received numerous calls reporting a possible DUI driver. His court date for the incident is scheduled for September 11.

Earlier this month, ET caught up with Candace Cameron Bure, who said she saw no signs of her TV uncle having problems with substance abuse over the years.

"I love him. We love him," she said about the tight-knit Full House cast. "And if this is what he needs, to spend time to get things together, we're all supportive and glad he's there and know that things will be good when he comes back. I support him, and we'll support him."
