Kristen Stewart has long taken flack for what some have called her "resting bitch face." Fans and critics alike note the fact that most pictures of her don't seem to show her smiling (or having a good time in general).

"The whole smiling thing is weird because I actually smile a lot," Stewart shared. "I literally want to be like, 'Dude, you would think I was cool if you got to know me.'"

Stewart, who is currently working on a slew of films including an upcoming Woody Allen project, seems to be eager to show the world how fun she can be in her new action comedy American Ultra, due out Aug. 21, where she plays the girlfriend of a stoner (Jesse Eisenberg) who is secretly a sleeper agent assassin for the US government.

However, despite the 25-year-old celeb’s large slate of films, don't expect her to increase her social media presence like many actors who have projects to promote.

Stewart, who doesn't have a Facebook or Twitter and keeps her Instagram account private, opened up about her discomfort with communicating with a wide, anonymous audience.

"The idea of addressing such a massive group…If I don’t know who I’m talking to, it doesn’t make any f—king sense to me," Stewart explained.
