Amy Schumer, Scarlett Johansson & More to Join Stephen Colbert's First Week on 'Late Show'!

Stephen Colbert
is giving fans a star-studded first week on The Late Show!

In addition to having George Clooney as his very first guest on Tuesday, Sept. 8, the former Colbert Report star has lined up an eclectic mix of musical performances, actors, CEOs, and political candidates to fill up his first week as the new host of the iconic late-night CBS talk show.

Tuesday, Sept. 8:
Clooney and Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush will be the first two guests to sit down with Colbert on his Late Show debut episode. Meanwhile, the first musical guest is Late Show bandleader Jon Batiste with Stay Human and "special guests."


Wednesday, Sept. 9:
Avengers: Age of Ultron star Scarlett Johansson will stop by on night two along with SpaceX andTesla Motors CEO Elon Musk. Rapper Kendrick Lamar will be the musical guest.

Thursday, Sept. 10:
Colbert is bringing another high-profile businessman on as a Late Show guest with Uber CEO Travis Kalanick, and musical stylings by Toby Keith.


Friday, Sept. 11:
And last, but certainly not least, Trainwreck star and "it-girl" of the summer Amy Schumer will bring the laughs on Friday along with best-selling author Stephen King. Closing out the musical performances of the week will be Troubled Waters.
