The home that was used for exterior shots of the Cohen mansion is on the market!

The next lucky owner of the 6,376-square-foot Italian villa-style home won’t be living it up exactly like Ryan, Marissa, Seth and Summer, though. The show didn’t actually shoot inside the residence, opting instead for a soundstage, so there are a few inconsistencies.

For one, the lavish estate is actually located in Malibu, quite a trek from Newport. And perhaps most heartbreaking -- there's no pool house!

While it may not live up to all of your O.C. fantasies, the home still has more than enough to offer. With six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a kitchen, spacious backyard, pool and spa, it's no wonder The O.C.'s creator Josh Schwartz was inspired by the palatial property.
