J.J. Watt clearly hasn't been slacking off in the off-season.
The 26-year-old Houston Texans defensive end is on the cover of Men's Health's 2015 Fall Fitness special edition, going shirtless and showing off his incredible physique.
"I'm not going to lie, I am flexing my abs as hard as a 290-pound man possibly can in this new @MensHealthMag cover," he joked about the jaw-dropping cover on Twitter.
Seriously, are these the best abs in the NFL?!
But J.J. is as humble as ever in a behind-the-scenes video about getting the steamy shot.
"First shirtless photoshoot," J.J. smiles. "At some point you got to turn [it] into that Derek Zoolander type moment, so I tried to throw a Blue Steel at them. I don't know if I hit Magnum or not, but it's worth a shot."
"Any opportunity to be on the cover of Men's Health, it's pretty cool," he adds. "To see the photos, and be able to work with the photographer -- he does great work. I appreciate him making me look good."
We doubt he needs that much help.
"It's been one of those things where she's the celebrity crush and we got to make it happen, and it was pretty incredible," he told ET's Kevin Frazier. "I don't remember a whole lot about her because I was just so excited to get the photograph and meet her and say hello."
