Formed by billionaire "philanthropist" Theo Galavan (James Frain), The Maniax, which consists of Barbara (Erin Richards), Jerome (Cameron Monaghan) and several new horrifying murderers, were brought together for the sole purpose of reigning chaos down on Gotham.

In our sneak peek clip from tonight's all-new episode, Theo is giving our menacing group a quick P.R. lesson in order to make sure they'll embody "style and vigor" when they're slaughtering Gotham citizens on camera.
Their goal? To "confront Gothamites with their most primal fears."
It should come as no surprise that Jerome -- aka our future Joker -- was the best of his peers when it came to delivering a greeting with a spine-chilling smile.
