Jill Zarin is still not 100 percent after sustaining some injuries from a three-car pileup that sent her to the hospital.

The former Real Housewives of New York City star showed up on Watch What Happens Live's After Show on Thursday and told Andy Cohen that she's had to stop playing tennis because she still feels "a little off" since the car accident.

Zarin says her neck and back have been causing her some grief but insists that she'll be fine. "I'm not complaining," she tells Cohen. "I'm alive."

The 51-year-old says the accident occurred when a cab slid and the car behind it then hit the cab. Zarin was in the third vehicle, a car service, and they smacked the second car.
