Miley Cyrus helped James Franco honor his manhood at the Hilarity for Charity Annual Variety Show: James Franco's Bar Mitzvah at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles on Saturday, and, unsurprisingly, she wore yet another revealing outfit.

The event, which was presented by Funny or Die, Svedka and go90, was a nontraditional celebration for Franco, who never got to enjoy the perks of a real Bar Mitzvah, a coming-of-age ceremony most Jewish males take part in when they turn 13. As one would expect, Cyrus showed up ready to party in a bright blue bodysuit thong, sparkly gold tights and Star of David bracelets and hair accessories.

The 22-year-old singer took the stage to entertain the crowd with her hits, as well as karaoke favorites like "Superfreak" and "Shout." At one point, she even wore a gold cape that was printed with the words "Shalom, y'all."

Naturally.

During "We Can't Stop," the singer took the theme even further when she twerked with a blue light-up Jewish star that she later posed with backstage for an Instagram snap.

"Miley Cyrustein and the Jewper HerozZZ," she captioned the photo.

Following the celebration, Cyrus posted a series of snaps to Instagram, including a collage of funny photos from the evening.

"I don't think I got one pic with @jamesfrancotv where I don't look panicked #MOSHmitzvah," she wrote.

Franco also took to Instagram to share a photo with Cyrus.

"It's official...I'm a Man! Thank you, @sethrogen for my bar mitzvah! And @mileycyrus sang me a song," the 37-year-old guest of honor wrote.

Also in attendance were Hilarity for Charity co-founders Seth Rogen and his wife, Lauren Miller Rogen, the band Haim, and comedians Bill Hader and Kyle Kinane. The event benefitting the Alzheimer's Association was a success, bringing in over 2 million dollars in donations to help those suffering from Alzheimer's disease.

Before all the fun began, Cyrus walked the red carpet for the event in another head-turning outfit -- a bright yellow flower dress with neon green peep-toe heels.

This isn't the first time we've seen her go all out for charity this month. On Friday, the former Disney star was a guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where she played a 'Wrecking Ball' game in support of breast cancer research foundations. Watch the video below to see what happened.
