After Demi Lovato killed it as Saturday Night Live's musical guest, she hit the town -- but wasn't partying alone.
Nick Jonas, his brother Joe Jonas and Joe's girlfriend Gigi Hadid came out for the taping of the show to lend their support to the the 23-year-old "Cool For the Summer" singer. Joe just so happens to be Demi's ex.
Afterwards, all three headed to the SNL after-party in New York City. Joe, 26, and Gigi, 20, rocked nearly-matching white and black ensembles and looked absolutely adorable.
A few famous faces did seem to be missing from the post-show festivities. Kate Hudson, whose been romantically linked to Nick in recent weeks, was not at the after-party. A few days earlier, however, the 36-year-old Rock the Kasbah actress and the 23-year-old "Jealous" singer were spotted at the Industry Club in New York at the launch party for Demi's new single "Confidence."
Also absent was Demi's longtime boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama, who was apparently on a plane when Demi was rocking the SNL stage. He watched the episode during the flight and tweeted out his support, writing: "Just watched my @ddlovato completely KILL on @nbcsnl from my plane seat!"
Demi replied to her boyfriend's message and expressed her love and appreciation, tweeting: " I love you so much @WValderrama... You were the only things missing tonight.."

She added ominously, "more to come," although it's unclear what the singer meant. Fans have been speculating for months that Demi and Wilmer secretly got engaged, but the couple have repeatedly denied these rumors.
That's not to say that Demi isn't on board with the idea. In July, the pop star admitted that if Wilmer popped the question, she "would say yes." Here's more about the couple's cute relationship:
