And yes, that is Gavin DeGraw's voice you hear on the track. Rimes calls "Celebrate Me Home" one of her favorite cuts on the album, and opened up about the unconventional way their duet came together.

"I love Gavin's voice," she gushed, explaining that the pair met at an event last year and instantly connected. "It was just such an easy collaboration. He is so musical and he loves to experiment. ... He had so many cool ideas in places -- he was singing all over the place in the song and he's so free that way, so it really gave me some ideas of how to kind of mash with him and different places to sing.

"It doesn't sound like your typical duet," she added. "We do sing over each other sometimes and we don't necessarily blend-blend all the time, but there's something very raw about that that makes that song so good and our collaboration so unique."

The feel-good video comes just a few months after DeGraw made a special, "humbling" visit to a Denver Children's Hospital to sing with a room full of smiling kids and answer their toughest questions. See the moment in the player below.
