Friendly exes!

Mandy Moore recently reunited with her ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama, when they had some fun together at Universal Studios' Halloween Horror Nights along with a few mutual friends. The 31-year-old "Candy" singer Instagrammed a selfie with the 35-year-old former That '70s Show star and her best friend on Monday, acknowledging their long history.

"I've know this goof (aka @wilmervalderrama) since I was 15!" Moore wrote. "And @rp1313 has been my bff for nearly 12 years.... So many indelible memories and stories with these 2. Always fun to catch up with an #HHN run."

Moore and Valderrama dated in 2000, but split in 2002 after two years together. But their relationship wasn't always as amicable as it is now. In 2006, the actor shocked plenty of people when he told Howard Stern that he had taken Moore's virginity.

"The sex with Mandy was good, but it wasn't like warm apple pie," he said.

Moore later denied the claim, telling Elle that his comments were "utterly tacky, not even true and it hurt my feelings because I like him."

However, it looks like time has healed all wounds. These days, Valderrama is dating 23-year-old Demi Lovato, and Moore is currently single after splitting with singer/songwriter Ryan Adams in January. The two had been married for almost six years.

ET caught up with Valderrama in June, when he gushed about Lovato, who he's been dating since 2010.

"I think Demi is on a path for, you know, mega-stardom," Valderrama said. "I think she's gonna redefine pop culture in a level that people can't even expect next year, for sure."
