Former supermodel and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster said goodbye to her Malibu Mansion with a sweet, heartfelt photo of her home's jaw-dropping sea-side patio, which she posted to Instagram on Sunday.

The stunning photo shows Yolanda and her husband, music producer David Foster, kissing on the back porch in front of a breathtaking sunset. Yolanda captioned the commemorative snapshot, "Beautiful ending to a beautiful chapter of our life... Colorful memories of Love, Life and Family will live within our hearts forever."

Yolanda put the palatial estate on the market in February 2014 and was reportedly asking for $27.5 million for the 12,000-square-foot mansion. However, it has not been revealed how much her home actually sold for.

The 51-year-old reality star will now focus on battling her serious case of Lyme disease, which has taken a severe toll on her health and her family since she was diagnosed in 2012.

Earlier this month, Yolanda accepted an award at the Global Lyme Alliance Gala in New York City, where she opened up about how the disease has impacted her life, and revealed that she's not the only one in her family afflicted. Two of her three children -- Bella and Anwar Hadid – also have the disease.
