Kim Zolciak's Husband Supports Her Following Heart Surgery in the Most Unexpected Way

Kim Zolciak's husband is getting pedicured in support of his wife!

After the Real Housewives of Atlanta star had heart surgery this week following a health scare last month that forced her to withdraw from Dancing With the Stars, she posted a picture to Instagram on Wednesday of her NFL pro husband, Kroy Biermann, with a heartfelt message painted on his toes. Zolciak captioned the pic, "Kroys toes for my surgery ❤️ if that isn't love I don't know what is!!"

After suffering a mini-stroke in September, Zolciak learned she had a hole in her heart, which required surgical intervention.

After surgery, the reality star posted a glam photo on Instagram, writing, "My ❤️ surgery was a success!! I can't wait to be back on my feet 100%! Glad it's over! Quite the whirlwind this last month has been...but such a blessing too."

"I was born with a heart defect called the PFO [patent foramen ovale]," Zolciak told ET this month. "They refer to it as a hole in your heart, which is more like a valve that doesn't close. I had a blood clot that was able to cross over to the other side, and that's what caused the mini stroke."

"It was inevitable at some point in my life that I probably would have dealt with something like this," she continued.

Despite her medical scare, Zolciak says she’ll be back for the DWTS finale.

"I requested a song that I was going to dance to last week, had I have been on the show, which has really special meaning now," she revealed. "So I'm hoping that I get that opportunity. We will be rehearsing in November, closer to the finale."
