In a clip from this week's Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the reality star discusses her ex, Scott Disick, who recently checked into rehab. The two split over the Fourth of July weekend when Scott was photographed with a former flame, and judging by her demeanor, the 36-year-old is exhausted ay all the drama.
"I don't know," says Kourtney, when asked if Scott is OK. "I mean, this is what he wants to be doing, so there's nothing I can do at this point. That's life."

When Kris Jenner suggests to her daughter that it is time to move on, she replies, "I don't care about anybody. I just want to care for my kids."

Despite her problems with Scott, Kourtney has not been keeping the couple's three children, 5-year-old Mason, 3-year-old Penelope and 10-month-old Reign, away from their father. Last week, the kids, along with grandma Kris, went to visit Scott in rehab, and even though Kourtney wasn't there, a source tells ET it was her idea.
