Kim Zolciak is counting her blessings -- and looking hot while doing it.

The Don’t Be Tardy star has jetted off to Mexico, where she is spending some quality time with her husband Kroy Biermann as they celebrate their four-year wedding anniversary.

The mother of six showed off her amazing body with a beach front backdrop along with her hubby on Instagram.

“He is EVERYTHING!!” she captioned a photo of herself with her arms and legs wrapped around the Atlanta Falcons player. “#NothingElseMattersButOur6Babies #AskBelieveReceive #MexicoByeWeek #AnniversaryTomorrow4years”

Zolciak shared another picture of her embracing her very happy looking husband.

“HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to the love of my life, my best friend, my babies daddy, my strength, my heart and soul, the man that puts up with my madness. the most incredible man I have ever met in my lifetime I LOVE YOU! You keep me smiling, laughing and loving life ? thank you for choosing me,” she wrote on the pic which revealed her tiny black sequined bikini.

A relaxing vacation might be exactly what the Real Housewives Atlanta alum needs after suffering a mini-stroke in September.

After failing to appear on the dance floor, Zolciak was eliminated from the current season of Dancing With the Stars.

"I was born with a heart defect called the PFO [patent foramen ovale]," Zolciak told ET. "They refer to it as a hole in your heart, which is more like a valve that doesn't close. I had a blood clot that was able to cross over to the other side, and that's what caused the mini stroke."
