Scottchecked out of rehab on Wednesday after spending a month at a facility in Malibu, California, and it looks like he's trying to get back into the good graces of the mother of his three children -- Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 10 months.
On Friday, Scott and Kourtney were spotted together for the first time since their split in July, while attending a party celebrating the release of celebrity pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr.'s debut book, Sandcastle Kings, according toTMZ.
Celebrities Justin Bieber and Patrick Schwarzenegger also attended the star-studded event, but all eyes were on the former couple.
On Saturday, the 36-year-old reality star started her day off with a super sweet snapshot of herself and daughter Penelope, which she posted to Instagram with the caption: "Morning cuddles."
Later that day, Kourtney attended the Baby2Baby Gala in Culver City, California, where she looked happy and healthy in a classy, cream-colored pantsuit.
On Sunday, Kourtney's split from Scott played a big part on the season 11 premiere of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. In the episode, Kourtney opened up about their plans to co-parent, explaining, "I told Scott that he can come over to see the kids. We're trying the best that we can to be a team while living apart."
Scott also spent time with the Kardashian-Jenner family on Sunday, having lunching with Kendall Jenner.
An eyewitness tells ET that Scott and Kendall sat together for a meal at Il Pastaio in Beverly Hills, California. They both dressed casually for lunch, and went largely unnoticed. The two looked happy and relaxed as they dined.
