"I, myself - have been to the gynecologist once a year since we split up and have always been tested across the board for everything and have come back clean across the board every time," Olson continued. "For all the 'news' sources out there, leave me alone. Call me Jon Snow. I know nothing."

In a followup tweet, the 29-year-old wrote, "Recorded myself for half an hour being tested for HIV and getting the results. This is so stressful."

Meanwhile, Sheen's Today show appearance comes after a tabloid report surfaced on Monday claiming that the former Two and a Half Men star has known about his diagnosis for the past four years. According to the tabloid, Sheen "made the heartbreaking confession" to multiple individuals, and has already begun a regimen of medication meant to counteract the effects of the disease.

Sheen and Olson reportedly lived together in 2011, as Olson was one of what Sheen called his "goddesses." She announced her retirement from adult films that year and in 2015, posted an opening letter advising women to avoid the industry.
