Kylie Jenner opened up about her love life in a new post on her app and website on Monday.

The 18-year-old reality star got candid about dating in the public eye in the post, opening up about her relationship with 25-year-old rapper Tyga. “Living in the spotlight, people think they know everything about me, but they don’t,” Jenner wrote. “I’ve never believed in the idea of the public knowing everything about my relationship and every time I break up and make up.”

Jenner and Tyga might show off some PDA on social media, but the two don’t often discuss their relationship with the press and the rapper has rarely appeared on the family’s reality show, Keeping up the the Kardashians.

“I’m not afraid to show who I’m dating, but I’m also not about to talk about every little detail of my relationship,” Jenner continued in the post. “Everyone who knows me, knows I’ve always been a relationship girl. I've never believed in the idea of casual dating or being with two people at once. I feel like I only have room for one person in my heart and I want to give whoever I'm with all the attention they deserve.”

Jenner did an impromptu Q&A with Tyga on her app last month, where the couple answered a few fan questions, including what they love most about each other.

"You're very energetic and enjoyable all the time," Tyga told Jenner. "Like in the morning, you're always fun, always smiling. You never have negative energy."

"What I love about you is that you're funny, and you make me laugh, and that you motivate me,” Jenner replied. “You always listen to me when I talk to you about girl s**t -- and my life that you probably don't want to hear -- but you sit there and you listen. I think it's nice."

"At the end of the day, you go to sleep with the people you love, you wake up with the people you love and you spend time with the people you love," the rapper added. "That's what it's about. You can't live for other people. You gotta live for yourself and better the people around you and make an impact."

The couple seems content, but Jenner admits that dating in the spotlight is never easy.

“It's hard to see all that gets completely made up about me,” Jenner said. “I really try not to let it bother me and I certainly don't feel like I need to correct every little lie out there, but at the same time, I just hate giving people the satisfaction of being able to make things up about someone they don't know anything about!”
