Get ready to spend your New Year's Eve with the guys of One Direction!

ET can exclusively reveal that the boy band will return to headline the Billboard Hollywood Party on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2016, performing three songs throughout the broadcast.

"It's been an incredible year for us and we can't wait to ring in the New Year with all our fans on New Year’s Rockin’ Eve," the guys said in a statement. "It's an honor to be back at the Billboard Hollywood Party for our second year."

One Direction joins Carrie Underwood on the sure-to-be star-studded lineup. The "Smoke Break" singer is set to perform in Times Square just moments before the ball drops at midnight.

The festivities will air on ABC beginning on Thursday, Dec. 31, at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

The news comes amid Entertainment Tonight's One Direction week, featuring our exclusive sit-down with the boys in Belfast, Ireland. Earlier this week, Harry Styles opened up about whether the single "Perfect" was written about Taylor Swift, and Louis Tomlinson got candid about Zayn Malik's departure from the group.
