When it comes to her relationship with NFL star Aaron Rodgers, Olivia Munn has no time for rumors.
The X-Men: Apocalypse star blasted ESPN reporter, Rob Domovsky, after he published an article suggesting that the reason the Green Bay Packers quarterback’s game was off had to do with problems at home.
"Sometimes it's easy to forget that professional athletes have lives away from the field, and you never know what could be going on in their personal lives," Demovsky wrote.
“Playing it fast & loose w/the journalism @RobDemovsky. Your professional skills are lacking... you must be having personal problems at home,” Munn, 35, responded on Twitter.
“The trolls can have their comments, it's not them I'm calling out, it's the journalists,” she later told a follower.
The star later posted a statement to the Washington Post as well as Fox Sports, reprimanding them for giving an Internet commenter attention for saying Rodgers’ recent struggles on the filed had something to do with their relationship. “The ‘fan’ you based entire articles around is a bigot and a racist,” she wrote.
It turns out that Rodgers’ issues on the field have to do with undisclosed injuries
. On Wednesday, the quarterback appeared on an injury report for shoulder problems.
“It’s not an excuse. It’s a source of pride. I think that’s the difference,” Rodgers told Jason Wilde of ESPN.com. “Some people use the injuries as an excuse. But I think for the guys in this locker room who are out there battling, it’s a source of pride.”
Outside of the game, the couple seems to really know how to let loose and have fun together.
Over the summer, Munn took to Instagram to show of her epic sword fight skills alongside her football pro beau. To watch the star practicing her moves for X-Men Apocalypse, watch the video below.
