From co-stars to college friends, ET breaks down what could be a star-studded guest list.
Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello have officially touched down in Florida, where they will tie the knot in front of approximately 400 expected guests at the Breakers Palm Beach resort on Sunday.
While ET has already reported that some of Vergara's family and friends -- like her cousin, Nando Vergara, and Modern Family co-star Eric Stonestreet -- are en route, let's take a look at some of the couple's famous friends we hope to see at the lavish celebration.

1. Reese Witherspoon
Connection: Not only did they star in the action comedy Hot Pursuit together, but the two are constant supporters of each other's careers. When Vergara was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Witherspoon was one of the first people to congratulate her, writing, "You shine bright lady!" Vergara even joked to Martha Stewart Weddings that Witherspoon was originally going to help her plan the wedding, but when she found out how many people were actually coming, "she chickened out a little."

2. Nick Manganiello
Connection: This one is an obvious 'yes,' as he is the groom's brother. The two talented (and hot!) brothers also work together, most recently directing La Bare, a documentary about a Texas-based male strip club. Hmmm, we wonder where they may have gotten that idea from?
3. Manolo Gonzalez-Ripoll Vergara
Connection: Also guaranteed to attend is Vergara's 23-year-old son, Manolo, who is doing the honors of walking his mama down the aisle. The bride-to-be recently opened up to ET about the possibility of having more children with her new beau. "It needs a lot of planning," she said. "But we have to leave it to God to see if it happens."

4. Channing Tatum
Connection: The 35-year-old actor was the star of Magic Mike XXL, where he and Manganiello became close friends. Back in March, Tatum gushed over his co-star's dance moves prior to the film's release. "It is terrifyingly unreal when he dances," Tatum told ET. "He's going to blow people's minds in this movie."
5. Sarah Hyland
Connection: Modern Family co-stars, and forever friends! Hyland and Vergara have never been shy about gushing over their special bond, so we have no doubt the 24-year-old actress will be there to help Vergara celebrate her special day. When news first broke that Hyland's on-screen aunt was dating the Magic Mike XXL stud, Hyland was beyond excited. "He's just an amazing person, and I love them individually," she said. "So him and Sofia together, I'm all for it! They'd make really hot babies!"

6. Arnold Schwarzenegger
Connection: The legendary Terminator actor appeared onscreen with Manganiello in Sabotage, and the two have stayed close friends. In March 2014, they epicly teamed up for "the most macho dance of all time" on BET's 106 & Park. Maybe they'll revive those moves on the reception dance floor?
7. Jerome Bettis
Connection: Manganiello is a huge sports fan, especially when it comes to football. The actor frequently attends NFL games and is a big supporter of the former Steelers football pro. "So happy and proud of my friend #JeromeBettis on his induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame," Manganiello captioned a pic of the two pals on Instagram.

8. Rico Rodriquez
Connection: Not only does he star in Modern Family with Vergara, but he's also a frequent star on her Instagram. If you scroll through her page, you'll see plenty of appearances by the 17-year-old actor. Seeing how tight-knit his family is with Vergara, we wouldn't be surprised if his mother, father and Disney star sister, Raini Rodriquez, showed up, too.
9. Matt Bomer
Connection: The American Horror Story: Hotel actor has been pals with Manganiello since the two were 18 years old -- both attended Carnegie Mellon University -- and recently starred onscreen together in Magic Mike XXL. Back in June, Bomer told ET that he'd love to see Manganiello's sweetheart in the stripper odyssey's rumored third film, and that he finds their love connection quite adorable. "They're both kind of blindingly beautiful and comfortable in their relationship and who they are," he said.

10. Ellen DeGeneres
Connection: The couple of honor are no stranger to The Ellen DeGeneres Show, as they've both appeared on the 57-year-old host's talk show. After only a few months of dating, Vergara opened up to DeGeneres back in Nov. 2014, saying, "I thought he was very handsome, but I wasn't interested [in him at first]. Too handsome."
11. Ed O’Neill
Connection: This Modern Family star was ready for his co-star's wedding all the way back in August, when he told ET at the Disney D23 Expo he would most definitely be attending. "Well, of course I'm going! We're all going," he said of the tight-knit cast. "[Sofia's] absolutely the best. We're all so happy for her. She's the greatest." That being said, we have a pretty good feeling we can top off this list with Julie Bowen and Ty Burrell!
