Glenn is officially alive -- and Steven Yeun is finally speaking out!

Following Sunday night's wildly intense and relieving episode of The Walking Dead, Yeun stopped by the AMC after show, Talking Dead, to discuss that epic bait and switch twist with Glenn's fate.

"I feel relieved, I feel very grateful, and I feel so amazed at the response," Yeun dished via satellite to host Chris Hardwick. "I feel bad that I couldn’t say anything to [anyone, including] family and friends. I'm pretty sure I lost a few friendships along the way."

So how has Yeun been staying under the radar for the past four weeks? "I have not been out much," Yeun said with a laugh. "I frequent a lot of take-out and my apartment looks like a hoarder's house."

The 31-year-old actor revealed that keeping this massive secret has been an "overwhelming" experience, but he's proud of what Glenn's survival represents. "I think it proves that this world still can have that story of the good guy winning sometimes," he said.

Although Yeun is happy that Glenn survived, the actor was not too thrilled with his character's dumpster diving. "I'm claustrophobic," he explained with a wince. "That was an interesting time."

On top of having to crawl into that teeny-tiny haven, Yeun confessed that the smell was absolutely terrible. "The best part was [they] used barbecue pork to cover Michael [Traynor, who played] Nicholas and [the walkers] were eating it. Then the day after, it rained and we didn’t clean up the pork and then they said, 'Hey, you should go back under there because we have more to do.'"

Yuen continued, "It was less of a suggestion and more of a, 'Hey, get under there.' There was like flies and pork and it was terrible." The actor added that in total he spent about seven hours shooting underneath the dumpster.

The Walking Dead airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
