Kim Kardashian just vowed to make a huge charitable donation!
Less than a week after giving birth to Saint West
, her first son and second child with husband Kanye West, the reality star took to Twitter on Thursday to talk about breastfeeding, as well as helping out one girl with a big goal.
"I'm up breastfeeding & watching this show Dish Nation. I heard the cutest story of a girl who is trying to find 1000 pairs of shoes to donate to this charity Soles For Souls! They helped her during Hurricane Katrina. I think I know the designer of Shoe of the Year Award!" Kim wrote.
is a charitable organization that fights poverty by providing shoes and clothes to those in need. Kim announced on Twitter that she and Kanye would happily donate 1,000 pairs of shoes to the cause.
The mother-of-two then asked for help locating the girl she had heard about, writing, "I've been looking online to find this little girl so we can let her know the shoes are on their way....but can't seem to find her."
"So whoever you are ....these shoes are for you! We will contact Soles For Souls! You reached your goal, so proud of you," she added.
What an amazing way to give back!
Kim had her second child
on Saturday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, and despite dealing with the same unfortunate complications
she had with North West in 2013, appears to be doing well since then. On Wednesday, Kris Jenner talked about how Kim and her new grandson were doing since the birth
"She was amazing," Kris told ET about how Kim handled the delivery. "I mean, she's a really strong girl -- a little cranky when she gets uncomfortable -- but, other than that, she's amazing."
The 60-year-old momager is still getting to know Saint, but is looking forward to learning all about him.
"He's amazing. We've only known him a few days so we'll see if he's calm, or you know, anxious," she explained. "You know, we'll see what kind of kid he is!"
