Khloe Kardashian is keeping it real.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star went on a tweeting storm Sunday, which included gushing over the newest member of her family -- Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's 1-week-old son, Saint West -- while also revealing recent struggles with anxiety.
"Real talk: We're all human and have to deal with shit like anxiety. This is how I cope!!!" she wrote.
The status update was followed by a re-share of a short video Khloe posted last week, saying her nephew "is so cute and so perfect." "But I don’t know, you know that's what everybody says," she admitted in the 15-second clip.
The 31-year-old reality star then livestreamed on her app, opening up about how she's coping with the stress she's been experiencing.
“Lord knows I've had stress and anxiety lately," she said. "This year has been absolutely horrible, but it's almost done, and 2016 is right around the corner. I'm just praying that it's gonna be better. It just has to be."
One way she's been able to deal with anxiety is to hit the gym, which she says has "taken away so much of the stress."
"It has helped calm me down. When I'm fidgety and I just feel like everything is closing in, I go to the gym. You're building endorphins and feeling good about yourself," she explained. "It's saved me."
Khloe also says she's been praying a lot, which has helped her keep a positive outlook on life even during the toughest moments. "I do have to remember how blessed I am, and no matter how bad things are, they can always get worse."

It seems like in addition to tough workouts, spending time with family is Khloe's other major stress relief.
On Monday, she shared a picture of herself with Kylie and her oldest sister, Kourtney Kardashian, rocking waist trainers, and gave a sweet shout-out to Kourtney's sons, 6-year-old Mason and 1-year-old Reign, who both share Dec. 14 as their birthdays.
There's one thing you can say about these Kardashians -- it's always family first!
