"I love joining the crew of Fashion Police. To me it feels like family. although I am not quite a fashionista, I would love to look at it like I am changing it up - Fashion Police: Special Victims Unit," Cho joked in a statement. "It makes me happiest to spend time with Melissa, and when I see her laugh at my joke, I feel like Joan [Rivers] is smiling, somewhere."

The 47-year-old comedian later tweeted: "I'm so thrilled to be the newest co-host!"

Fashion Police
has had quite the turnover of hosts in the past few years. After Joan Rivers' death, Kathy Griffin took over as head host, but left the show after only seven episodes. Kelly Osbourne also exited the program after she seemed to disagree with some controversial comments made by Rancic about Zendaya's hair at the Oscars.
