Bristol Palin just became a mom for the second time!

The 25-year-old reality star gave birth to her first daughter on Wednesday, according to a message she shared on Instagram.

"My sweet Sailor Grace was born yesterday," she wrote on Thursday. "Our family couldn't be more complete."

Sailor joins 6-year-old brother Tripp, Bristol's son with ex-fiance Levi Johnston.

Bristol has had the name for her baby girl picked out for at least a month. She posted an Instagram pic in November showing items she already embroidered with her unborn daughter's name.

At the time, Palin joked that Kristin Cavallari ripped off her idea when she named her baby Saylor, despite the difference in spelling.
