The 22-year-old stole the show at Disney's Christmas Day Parade on Friday performing "Zero to Hero" from Hercules for the first time live on stage. See it below!
Grande even channeled Minnie Mouse with her on-point ensemble, from the mouse ears to the full, polka dot skirt.

Grande also shared a snap of her favorite gift this year -- a caricature of her aunt, Judy Grande, the first female, Italian American president of the National Press Club. "A true feminist," the pop star gushed on Instagram, "and my inspiration."
