It turns out Carson Daly's big day was just as much a surprise to his own parents as it was to all of us!
The 42-year-old The Voice host dished on his Dec. 23 secret wedding ceremony to his longtime love, Siri Pinter, when he returned to his role on the Today show on Monday.
"Our families were visiting," Daly explained to his co-host Savannah Guthrie. "We surprised our moms and our parents, and we had a very small ceremony in church. We had a little dinner with friends after, and it was just wonderful."
The couple has been dating since 2007 after they met on Daly's NBC show, Last Call, and got engaged in 2013. They have three children together -- Jackson, 6, Etta, 3, and London, 1.
"It was great too that the kids were older and they actually knew what was going on," Daly said about Wednesday's picture-perfect nuptials. "It was a really, really special night."
Pinter, a food blogger at Siriously Delicious and a Today show contributor, also shared another snap of her gorgeous head-to-toe J.Crew wedding look.
"I promise I'll post about food again soon, but here's one of my favorite shots from that warm, rainy Christmas Eve 'Eve' when I married my favorite guy," she Instagrammed on Sunday. "That's my seeeester peeking out the door!"
Daly shared more stunning black-and-white photos from the intimate event on the Today show -- including a sweet photo of the two kissing as husband and wife -- which you can see in the video below.
ET caught up with Daly in November, when he said that he couldn't wait for another member of The Voice family to have kids -- 36-year-old Adam Levine.
"Being a father myself, I can't wait for [Adam] to have kids one day," he smiled. "We got him married [to Victoria's Secret Angel Behati Prinsloo], that's amazing! That's the crawling before walking, but hopefully, little Levine feet will be next."
