Oops! Britney Spears Kicks Off 2016 By Running Into a Pole
Britney Spears rang in the New Year with a major 'oops.'
The 34-year-old took to Instagram on Friday to inform her 7 million followers about the clumsy incident that left her black and blue.

"Good morning 2016!" she captioned the selfie, in which you can clearly make out a discolored spot on the pop star's face. "Don't mind the little bruise on my forehead… Ran into a pole."
That didn't stop her from having fun, however. In posts following the incident, Spears seemed to be in good spirits, posing in pics with friends and her two sons, Sean Preston, 10, and Jayden James, 9, in Las Vegas, where she's partially based out of for her Piece of Me residency.
"Dinner at @MrChow in @CaesarsPalace tonight then to a show! Perfect New Year's Day... I love 2016 already," she captioned a group photo.
Unfortunately, Spears is no stranger to injuries. Back in April, she rolled her ankle after taking a tumble on stage during a Piece of Me performance.
