Model Lydia Hearst Breastfeeds Someone Else's Twins in Bizarre New Ad Campaign

Lydia Hearst just got engaged to Chris Hardwick late last year and already she's getting a hands-on lesson in motherhood.
The 31-year-old model, who is the granddaughter of newspaper magnate William Randolph Hearst, doesn't have any children of her own but in the bizarre "Commit To Something" ad campaign for Equinox gyms, she is seen breastfeeding twins.
"Table for one. Dinner for three. #CommitToSomething," Equinox captioned the pic on the company's Instagram.

Hearst also posted the shocking image, with the hashtag "#NoBabiesWereHarmedInTheMakingOfThisAd."

ET has reached out to Hearst in regards to the shocking image.
The "Commit to Something" campaign seem to be promoting anything but fitness. Other Equinox ads include a cat lady, an orgy scene, a nearly-naked man lying in money and a super chiseled cult leader. The tagline reads: "It's not fitness. It's life."
While Hearst's breastfeeding photo is sure to raise some eyebrows, a slew of celebrities have come forward over the years in support of nursing their newborns in public.
Alyssa Milano has gotten both support and backlash for posting pictures of herself breastfeeding her 1-year-old daughter, Elizabella, but the actress told ET she won't let the haters stop her! "I don't care," the actress said. "I'm going to keep breastfeeding, maybe even until [Elizabella is] six!"
