Who needs a boyfriend when you're best friends with Amy Schumer, Emma Stone and Adele?

Jennifer Lawrence doesn’t need a man to feel fulfilled in her life, just really great girlfriends.

The Hunger Games star opened up to Glamour about dating and why she doesn’t do much of it. "I don’t, like, date a lot,” Lawrence, 25, explained. “I don’t meet a lot of guys who I want to go on a date with. I’ll find a guy attractive maybe once a year. But I’m not a lonely person. Me not dating someone is not a lack of anything in any way. I feel completely fulfilled.

“I don’t like new people,” the star said, addressing her friendships with Stone and Adele. “But these two women -- and Amy [Schumer] -- they’re really lovely. And they’re so normal. I feel like I’m hanging out with my friends -- my friends that don’t give a f**k about what I do.

She even joked that her goal is just to retire to Martha’s Vineyard with pal Amy Schumer. “Amy’s always wanted to live on Martha’s Vineyard, and we saw this house, and we’re like, ‘This is where we’re gonna Grey Gardens, and we’re gonna grow old and crazy together,’” she told the mag. “That’s our life plan.”

Unlike other celebrity starlets
, you won’t see Lawrence posting any photos alongside her girl squad on Twitter or Instagram because she just doesn’t do social media.

The reasoning behind her lack of social media presence is she doesn’t want the “exposure.” “I want less me. I want people to have less me,” she said.

Although the Joy star doesn’t love all the attention being in Hollywood has given her, she admits she doesn’t feel “misunderstood” but she definitely doesn’t get the hype surrounding her.

“I feel like I’m over-paid-attention-to,” Lawrence shared. “I’m not trying to be a GIF. I’m not trying to be a picked-up-on-Twitter quote. All I’m trying to do is act.”
