Yolanda Foster is starting off 2016 with a fresh start by clearing out some clutter.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared an introspective pic to Instagram on Monday, in which she's sitting atop a large stack of clear, plastic storage boxes filled with her belongings, which she's moving to her new condo in Los Angeles, California.

"If you have not worn it in the past year, it's probably time to PASS IT ON........ #NoteToSelf #LettingGoOfTheOld #BackToLifeBackToReality," Foster captioned the thoughtful photo.

The 51-year-old reality star has had a tough year. Aside from her ongoing battle with a serious case of Lyme disease, she's also in the middle of a divorce from her husband of four years, music producer David Foster.

Before announcing the split in early December, the couple sold off their massive, beach-side mansion in Malibu for a sizable sum -- but her new digs are nothing to scoff at.

The newly single mother-of-three spent $4.59 million on her new condo, located high up in the swanky, 24-story Carlyle Residences in Westwood, California, according to Zillow.

While the 4,000-square-foot abode might be a little more cramped than the 12,000-square-foot Malibu mansion she's enjoyed for several years, it still feels like she's going to be able to fit in most of her belongings.
