Khloe Kardashian's Plane Forced to Make Emergency Landing in Las Vegas

Khloe Kardashian's trip from Los Angeles to New York City hit a road block on Tuesday when her flight was forced to make an emergency landing in Las Vegas.

The 31-year-old reality star shared the news on Twitter, posting a mirrored-image of her stylish arrival at LAX.

"Supposed 2b in NYC but somehow I'm in Vegas," Khloe tweeted. "NYC I'm trying to get there. Emergency landing but Joyce and I are SAFE."

Khloe, who was traveling with her friend and longtime stylist Joyce Bonelli, was flying to the Big Apple ahead of her Good Morning America appearance on Wednesday.

A rep for McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas tells ET, "An American airlines flight 256 departed from LA en route to JFK. They called for an emergency landing due to concerns of smoke in the cockpit. The plane landed safely at 3:18pm and the alert was terminated (everything was found safe) at 3:27pm."

However, the rep could not confirm that Khloe was on this specific flight.

After landing in Las Vegas, Khloe and Joyce decided to make good use of their wait time by live streaming about the incident on Khloe's app.
