Khloe Kardashian got very personal on Howard Stern's Sirius XM radio show.

While chatting with Stern on Wednesday, the 31-year-old reality star opened up about her relationship with Lamar Odom, claiming that he had been cheating on her for "the majority" of their marriage. "I'm genuinely blown away as to when he fit that in," she said of her estranged husband's alleged infidelities.

Kardashian told Stern she never even suspected that the former NBA pro was capable of being unfaithful. "Lamar was so great at making me feel like I was the only one and I'm this princess," she recalled. "I never speculated cheating."

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star claimed that Odom kept his alleged indiscretions from her by using his assistant's phone rather than his own. After a woman gave an interview claiming to have had a fling with the 36-year-old athlete, Kardashian said Odom told her that the woman had him confused with one of his teammates on the Los Angeles Clippers. "It's humiliating on any level," she admitted.

Kardashian said she never asked Odom why he married her in the first place, but noted that she did inquire as to why he allegedly cheated on her. "I've always asked why and obviously Lamar did struggle with substance abuse," she said. "I do believe there's a sex addiction but I also don't know if I believe in a sex addiction that much."

When asked if she regrets marrying Odom after only a month of knowing him, Kardashian admitted, "I don't think I would do it again, but I don't regret what I did."

"I wouldn't change what I did because it was also one of the best times of my life," she added. "For me, I wouldn't say it's a mistake. I needed that experience for me. The love I received was the love I needed to have at that time."

Kardashian -- who is currently dating NBA pro James Harden -- said her romance with Odom was the "most intense relationship" she's ever had. "I love him dearly and I will always love him. He's had a really f**ed up deck of cards dealt to him his entire life so far," she said. "Sometimes love is not enough. I can't love someone into loving me."

In October, Odom was found unresponsive in a Nevada brothel and was hospitalized until earlier this month. His health scare led to Kardashian delaying their divorce, allowing her to make decisions on his behalf.

Kardashian gave ET an update on Odom's recovery when ET's Kevin Frazier met up with her on the set of her new show, Kocktails With Khloe. "He's definitely doing better and better every day which I'm so grateful for," she said.
