Kim Kardashian's birthday was full of bumps, all thanks to her husband Kanye West.

In a preview clip of this Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian, Kris, Kylie and Kendall Jenner all gear up for the reality star's birthday bash by attaching fake baby bumps to their bodies and dressing up just like her.

The surprise party took place at the Westlake Cinepolis theater in Thousand Oaks, California, on Oct. 21, while Kim was still pregnant with her second child, Saint West.

"Kanye asked everybody to dress like Kim and put on a fake baby bump so she felt more comfortable," Kourtney reveals in the video, while donning an all-black, sleek ponytail Kim look. "I think Kim is going to love it."

Kourt was totally right.

After the big shindig, Kim took to Instagram and shared that she was completely ecstatic about her surprise party, although all her look-alikes made her a little uneasy.

"My husband never ceases to amaze me!" she wrote at the time. "He rented out the entire movie theater to screen the new Steve Jobs (It's sooooo good BTW), and had all of my family and close friends came dressed up as their best pregnant Kim look (fake baby bumps provided on arrival!)"

"Not sure if that was to make me feel less huge or just a fun cool theme but I loved it and had the best time ever, feeling so very comfortable eating churros with a bunch of pregnant women!" she added. "Just what I needed, the perfect chill yummy food birthday!!!!"

While Kanye has great party planning skills, they really don't compare to Kim's. Watch the video below for the details of Kris' 60th birthday bash that the reality star pulled off.
