'Grease' Star Didi Conn Gifts Carly Rae Jepsen With Frenchy's Original Shirt and Locket

It's an electrying 'Grease' love fest!

Didi Conn will forever be hopelessly devoted to Grease.

The 64-year-old, who starred as beauty school dropout Frenchy in the original 1978 film, honored her beloved role on Sunday ahead of Grease: Live!

Conn gifted Carly Rae Jepsen, who took on the role of Frenchy in Fox's live musical production, with a silver locket engraved with the words "We'll always be together," as well as the same bubblegum pink shirt she donned on set as the iconic character.

"Dear sweet #didiconn I can't thank you enough for your generous spirit and inspiring talent," the 30-year-old singer captioned a collage of the gifts on Instagram. "This locket/original Frenchy shirt you left in my room had me crying those happy tears. Xoxo #FRENCHY loves for life!"

The handwritten note Conn wrote to Jepsen was just as sweet! "Darling baby, you are so gorgeous, so talented," part of it read.

"I adore you," the note continued. "Thank you angel puss for opening your heart to me and for the joy of seeing your exquisite interpretation of Miss Frenchy!"

In anticipation of the production, the official Twitter account teased fans with a myriad of fun gifs, like this one of Conn adorably dancing in her signature Pink Ladies jacket.

"Double the Frenchy, double the fun!" another caption read.

The musical production, which aired Sunday on Fox at 7 p.m. ET, also featured High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens. Just one day before she was set to take the stage as Rizzo, her father, Greg Hudgens, tragically died from a battle with cancer.
