Celebrities were just as excited as everyone else to weigh in on social media with their pics from the game's big day!

For starters, the Pepsi Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show performers kept the world updated throughout the day.

"I CANT WAIT TO SING FOR YOU ALL, get your dogs and chicken wings marinating it's almost game time!!" Lady Gaga posted this morning before her epic National Anthem performance. 

Later she followed up with a sparkly selfie giving us a pre-performance glimpse of her makeup.

Likewise, Coldplay counted down to go-time with plenty of pictures.

"The big game just kicked off, but the band are in the dressing room warming up for #PepsiHalftime #SB50," the band captioned this photo.

Beyonce's team were busy posting beautiful pictures right after her performance, including this sentimental snap with Blue Ivy and Jay-z.

And the big game was a magnet for plenty of other celebrities who were there just for the show – and in awesome seats!

And celebs also watched the game with pals! Law & Order: SVU's Mariska Hargitay found a fan in Shaquille O’Neal.

Betty White showed us why she's still the coolest, dabbing like Cam Newton in this Instagram picture.

Meanwhile, Taraji P. Henson and January Jones were taking selfies instead of paying attention to who was performing at the halftime show.

TI predicted big things for the game. "Today… this is what being a football fan is about!!!" the rapper wrote. "I'm looking forward to one of the greatest games of our times!!!"

Some made the game a family affair -- like Kate Hudson and bro Oliver.

And Jordin Sparks attended with her father, former NFL player Phillippi Sparks.

"Daddy/daughter date at Super Bowl 50!!!," the singer wrote beside a photo of the two of them.

Others just wanted you to know they were celebrating.

Eva Longoria and the cast of her show Telenovela took the chance for a plug. "Happy Super Bowl Sunday from the cast of #Telenovela! Which team are you rooting for today?! #SuperBowl #SB50 #WatchTelenovelaTomorrow," the actress wrote.
