It looks like being stranded on an island after being eliminated by Ben Higgins on The Bachelor has given Olivia some time to reflect and she's come to the conclusion that she doesn't like people making fun of her on the Internet.

The 23-year-old news anchor, who was kicked off The Bachelor in the most recent episode after becoming the season's most-reviled villain, took to Instagram on Wednesday to thank her fans and take her haters to task for their mean comments.

"Thank you to the lovers and supporters, both friends and strangers, who have reached out. I am eternally grateful," Olivia wrote. "For the haters, you've made me stronger than ever before."

Olivia explained that she wasn't upset about the insults viewers level against her, but rather she's concerned for the mental well-being of her fellow contestants.

"The girls on this show see your comments and they have feelings. Think twice before sending an insensitive message," wrote Olivia, who was seen routinely making insensitive comments towards her fellow contestants on The Bachelor, including this Teen Mom diss. "Words hurt, and they kill, too. Don't be mean behind the screen. #AntiBullyingMonth."

Olivia also opened up about what she learned from her time on the show and what it taught her about herself.

"This has been one of the most interesting experiences of my life. I've learned a lot about myself. Good things and tough lessons. We're all human. We make mistakes. Learn from them. Let them make you wiser. Be imperfect, flawed, and quirky. And own it. Never trade your authenticity for approval. Don't be afraid to stand alone," Olivia shared.
