Chrissy Teigen is proving she's beyond ready for motherhood.
The 30-year-old model -- who is expecting her first child, a baby girl, with husband John Legend this spring -- got a little practice on Thursday, cradling a newborn during day two of the "Swim Beach" Sports Illustrated Fan Festival in Miami, Florida.
An eyewitness tells ET that an "unbelievably adorable" Teigen "was in love" and "looked so happy," smiling and holding the baby girl ever so carefully as she laid her head on Teigen's chest. According to the source, the brunette beauty was laughing and appeared comfortable while she held the baby for about 25 minutes.
While Teigen may have a bun of her own in the oven, that's clearly not stopping her from flaunting her toned figure. Just check out those legs!
Following the sweet moment, Teigen took to Twitter to gush over the "nuzzly" bundle of joy.
"I just held a tiny baby of sleepy mush and I'm just prepping you for "chrissy teigen holds baby stupidly" article," she joked. "She was nuzzly and happy!"
"As you can see, I am already dreading all overly critical parenting articles to come in my life!" another tweet read.
While Teigen -- who has previously slammed haters judging her for some of the choices she's made during her pregnancy -- anticipates some additional criticism, here at ET, we think she's a natural!
She also took to Instagram to share a cute moment between her and her hair stylist, Harry Josh. In the pic, Teigen freezes as Josh carefully cuts strings from her short distressed denim shorts.
"My short strings are getting a @harryjoshhair haircut!! Spoiled!" she captioned the snap.
Earlier this week, the mom-to-be put her baby bump on full display, wearing a skintight black dress during day one of the fan festival. Legend was there, too, donning a sharp navy blue suit that perfectly complemented Teigen's look.
The event kicked off Sports Illustrated's 2016 Swimsuit Issue, which Teigen, stripped down to a black string bikini and straw hat, models in. This marks her seventh appearance inside the special edition of the sports glossy.
