On this week's Kocktails With Khloe, Khloe Kardashian is getting candid about everything from watching her parents' portrayal on The People v. O.J. Simpson to her marriage to Lamar Odom.
"Technically, I'm still f***ing married," the 31-year-old host says with a laugh when guest Carmen Electra asks if she'd consider tying the knot again.
Kardashian has been reconnecting with Odom after the 36-year-old former NBA star was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel and hospitalized for several months. The incident, she admits, has left her hesitant to make any declarations about her personal life.
"At this point, I don't know what tomorrow's gonna bring," she admits. "They say if you wanna make God laugh, tell him your plans. So, I have no plans to be made."
"Even if I remarry the same person again," she adds, referring to Odom. "I don't know. That's not where I am right now."
The reality star filed for divorce in December 2013, but the process was not finalized before Odom's hospitalization, at which point Kardashian decided to stay legally married to her ex in order to have power of attorney and help his family make medical decisions on his behalf.
"Could you control-alt-delete and restart with somebody you had been with?" Kardashian's other Kocktails guest, TV host Ross Mathews asks, seemingly hinting at her estranged marriage.
"I hope so," she answers. "The best dream would be like, okay, I hope that first marriage could happen again, but it's really hard to erase everything that happened."
Rumors of infidelity plagued the reality star's relationship with Odom and she recently claimed in an interview with Howard Stern that the NBA star had cheated on her during a "majority" of the couple's four-year marriage. Even now, Kardashian admits that she's taking baby steps to reconnect with her ex.
"Just building a friendship back is what I'm doing now," she explains. "It has nothing intimate, nothing at all. Just pure love, and I want someone to learn how to love themselves again."
The exes were recently spotted together at Kanye West's Yeezy Season 3 fashion show and album launch in New York City. Over the weekend, Odom was spotted "looking healthy and in good spirits" while he went grocery shopping and took in a college baseball game solo.
