"Well, people came to sing tonight, I guess."

Jennifer Lopez was in awe of the talent that hit the American Idol stage during Wednesday's live show, even after she and fellow judges Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr. gave a free pass to the Top 10 to a few of their favorite acts.

With Dalton Rapattoni, Trent Harmon, La'Porsha Renae and Olivia Rox moving through to the next round without having to perform, the remaining 10 contestants were left to battle it out for six slots in next week's competition. Though J.Lo gushed over Tristan McIntosh, and confessed that she would have liked to give her a freebie to the next round, she actually saved her highest praise for Sonika Vaid.

"I don't think I've ever got goosies on my face!" she exclaimed, flashing a glittering Randall Scott Fine Jewelry bracelet in the air. "That was the first time!"

Connick quipped that it "might be an allergic reaction," but Lopez didn't miss a beat.

"Usually it's in my legs or my arms -- I felt it in my cheeks," she continued, clearly shaken up. "It was crazy! The way your voice sits in the music is so out of this world. It's insane. It's so beautiful."

As anyone who's watched Lopez's tenure on Idol can tell you, "goosies" are the 46-year-old's ultimate compliment, and usually an indicator of success to come. To summarize: Ms. Vaid absolutely slayed. Not only that, she slayed on a cover of Celine Dion.

Vaid's "face goosies"-delivering performance was of power ballad "I Surrender," which is featured on Dion's 2002 album, A New Day Has Come. No big deal!
