Maddie Ziegler may not be returning to Dance Moms, but you'll still get to see her on TV!
The 13-year-old dancer and actress will be joining the judging panel for season 13 of So You Think You Can Dance: The Next Generation, Fox announced on Thursday.
"We're so excited to welcome @maddieziegler to the #SYTYCD family!" a tweet from the official SYTYCD Twitter account read.
Ziegler -- who will be critiquing the contestants with already-announced returning judges Nigel Lythgoe, Jason Derulo and Paula Abdul -- also took to social media to share the big news, writing, "Beyond thrilled and honored to be joining the So You Think You Can Dance family!!"

Seeing as the new season of the hit dance competition show will feature its youngest pool of contestants ever -- ranging between the ages of eight and 13 -- Ziegler is a perfect fit!
She'll lend her expertise to fellow young dancers who are skilled in a variety of dance styles, such as contemporary, tap, hip-hop and ballroom. Like past seasons, the contestants will still pair up with "All-Stars" and work with the best choreographers in the industry as they battle it out for the title of America's Favorite Dancer.
Ziegler is no stranger to TV. In addition to Dance Moms, she's also appeared on episodes of Disney's Austin & Ally, Nickelodeon's Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn and FreeForm's Pretty Little Liars. Not to mention, she's also performed her now-famous artistic choreography from Sia's "Chandelier" on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Saturday Night Live and the GRAMMYs stage.
As we patiently wait for SYTYCD to make its return to Fox on Monday, May 30 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, press play on the video below to hear more on Ziegler's departure from Dance Moms.
