The estranged couple have no children together, and the papers state that they have a prenuptial agreement dated April 17, 2015, which could make for a less messy split.

Last year, Weber opened up to ET about his then-engagement shortly after proposing to Giselle.

"I actually bought the ring in Philadelphia when we were shooting the [HTGAWM] pilot," Weber revealed. "I went home and I think I texted her that I wanted to just cook her dinner, tried to be real sneaky about it. So I just made a nice dinner, we had a nice bottle of wine. I asked her to wait here for a second and went and got the ring and got on my knee and asked."

Interestingly, on Valentine's Day, Weber posted a picture of himself kissing a dog.

"Happy Valentine's Day!" he wrote as the caption.
