Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas Surprise Cancer Patient With 'Happy Birthday' Song at Children's Hospital

Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas paid a visit to Children's Hospital Los Angeles to visit with patients and help make one adorable kid's stay a little brighter.

Jenny and Isaac Zea's 5-year-old son, Aiden, is bravely fighting cancer at the hospital, where he is recovering after getting a bone marrow transplant last week. ET has learned that Nick and Demi came by his wing and sang "Happy Birthday" to him.

As if that wasn't enough, we're told Nick and Demi also took time out to visit other children as well.

This was a heartwarming stop for Nick and Demi, who are hitting the road together this June on their joint Future Now tour.

Meanwhile, Demi took to Twitter recently to celebrate four years of sobriety, writing, "This last year I experienced so much life and too much death… But I made it through… Sober. #4Years #GodsWill."

Another celeb keeping those who are fighting cancer in his thoughts is Ryan Reynolds, who arranged for a special screening of Deadpool for a fan of his battling the disease.
