It's the most unlikely duet you never knew you needed!
Nick Jonas will join rising country star Kelsea Ballerini at the Academy of Country Music Awards for a very special duet performance, and of course Kelsea has the absolute best reaction to the big news.
"I've always loved collaborations, especially mixing genres and styles," she tells ET exclusively. "It's so killer to have one of my favorite artists -- and someone who I may have had posters on my walls of when I was a preteen -- be a part of my first-ever, full-out awards show performance!"
Even before the ceremony begins on April 3, airing on CBS at 8 p.m. ET/PT, Kelsea is already heading to Las Vegas a winner! The 22-year-old just scored her very first ACM trophy for New Female Artist of the Year last week, alongside Chris Stapleton and Old Dominion as New Male and New Duo/Group of the Year respectively.

Kelsea is up for one more award at the big event, facing off against seasoned pros Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, Kacey Musgraves and Jana Kramer for Female Artist of the Year.
"It's crazy! These are my second ACM Awards, my first time doing them in Vegas," she previously told ET. "I mean, just to be a female in country music is so exciting, but to be in those five, that's an honor. It really is."
