Just one week after giving birth to her first child with husband Ne-Yo, Crystal Renay is flaunting her post-baby body on Instagram as a way to let fans in on her fitness journey.
"Being on bedrest 85% of my pregnancy and not being able to work out the entire time was truly challenging and hard on my body," Crystal wrote on Instagram. "Then to get a C-section on top of that was a major setback. My body isn't what it once was, but that's OK because now in the next coming weeks (AFTER I'M HEALED PROPERLY) I can share my #SNAPBACK journey and progress with you guys! This comeback is about to get real y'all!"

Crystal posted the message as a caption for pictures showing off her post-pregnancy curves and C-section scar.
Ne-Yo and Crystal welcomed son Prince Shaffer Chimere Smith Jr. on March 16. At the time, Crystal called it "the scariest delivery ever."

"I ended up getting an emergency C-section because of complications but with the help of my amazing doctor @drsherryr and my super calming husband @neyo I was able to get through it all and come out with the best reward in the world ... SJ!!! #BestDayOfMyLife," she wrote after her little bundle of joy's arrival.
Prince Shaffer marks the third child for Ne-Yo, who has two kids -- 5-year-old Madilyn and 4-year-old Mason -- with his ex-fiancee, Monyetta Shaw. The R&B singer and Crystal were married on Feb. 20.
