Cameron Diaz is not only sharing her secrets to longevity while promoting her new book, but she's also opening up about the crushes, inspirations and mentors in her life.
The 43-year-old actress -- who just came out with The Longevity Book: The Science of Aging, the Biology of Strength, and the Privilege of Time -- is featured in her friend Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop newsletter, and the notoriously private star answers a lightning round of questions.
First up, Benji Madden's wife reveals that her favorite movie is Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, which inevitably leads her to admit that her celebrity crush is Harrison Ford.

As for her "food inspirations," Diaz looks to Paltrow, Rachael Ray and her mother, who she also credits as her personal mentor.
Going along with her message of accepting the aging process, Diaz -- who also shares that her first job was at TCBY Frozen Yogurt -- says that if she put one mantra up on a neon sign, it would read: "Aging is living."
The actress adds that the best part of getting older is the "wisdom" she's gained through experiences. She also thinks that the main factors of premature aging are "stress, inflammation, lack of movement, poor nutrition, lack of sleep [and] not being connected to the people you love."
Diaz says people are scared of aging because "they don’t understand what it is."
"We only know it from what we see on the surface, not on a cellular level," she explains. "All aging is a result of our trillions of cells aging, and once you understand the science, it gets way less scary."
