It's the "will they or won't they" of the reality TV generation.

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick split last summer after nearly a decade of dating -- and after he was spotted out with another woman -- but have been spending more and more time together of late, leaving fans to wonder whether they might reconcile.

"We're not getting back together right now, but I don't know like, what the future holds in life," Kourtney coyly told Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb during an appearance on Tuesday's Today show. "But we're just doing our best to be the best parents. Like, he came with us to Vail and it was great. Like, we're friends at this point."

As for whether the 36-year-old reality star misses the father of her three children when they're not together, she once again dodged the question, simply saying, "I don't know. We talk all the time, so I don't really get that chance."

The estranged couple is apart this week as Kourtney celebrates her 37th birthday early in New York City. On Monday night, she hit up The Polo Bar in Midtown with her "Arizona girls."

"NYC we've arrived @allierizzo," she captioned another photo, adding wine glass emojis.

Kourtney's birthday isn't until April 18, but she documented her "New York celebration" on Snapchat.

"Look at how cute my friends are!" she narrates one video, showing off the "Queen Kourt" macaroons her girls gave her. "What they give me, with my ugly face!"

And, of course, no birthday celebration would be complete without a birthday cake.

Scott recently admitted to making "a lot of decisions that weren't great" with Kourtney. Find out what he had to say in the video below.
