More than meets the eye? Leah Messer is once again objecting to MTV’s editing on Teen Mom 2. In Monday night’s episode, the West Virginia native was filmed going out with her ex-husband, Jeremy Calvert.

The pair met up for dinner where after one particularly strong drink, Leah got sentimental.

“You were the one person, like, I couldn’t imagine myself being with anyone else,” Leah declared.

“You buzzin?” Jeremy asked.

“A little bit,” Leah, 23, replied, grinning. “Because I don’t ever drink.”

She went on to apologize for the “mistakes” she made, and pondered the idea of what would have happened had they stayed together through her rehab stint. Leah went to rehab for depression and anxiety last summer and while she was in the program, Jeremy filed for divorce.

“I’m not going to lie to you,” he said. “There was nights I was scared for the girls.”

“I’m not going to say I wasn’t in a bad place because I know, I know I was,” Leah said. “I was looking for a hand, some kind of help.”

Her ex admitted that he “gave up” on their marriage, but Leah wasn’t willing to let him off the hook that easily. She then asked him if he regretted not waiting to end things, but Jeremy didn’t seem willing to concede, only saying he wanted a better life for their daughter.

Upset by how she was portrayed in the episode, Leah took to Twitter on Tuesday, writing, “I’m 99.9% sure those feelings were mutual. I could go into detail, but wont. Oh, how I love this fake a#% TV show #SoOverIt.”

This isn’t the first time the reality star has slammed her own show. Back in March she bashed MTV’s editing, saying the network twisted her story to fit its narrative.

"It hurts to feel betrayed by the ones I thought I could trust with my story," Messer wrote at the time. "It goes to show you how 'The Entertainment World' really is and I guess everyone will see where I really am."
